Questions

What if you cannot fix it?

You are refunded in full. If the problem turns out larger than the package (for example a rewrite), we tell you in writing before doing anything and you choose: refund, or move to the larger package.

Do you need my passwords or keys?

No. We work on a copy with our own test Supabase project and Stripe test mode. If the fix needs a production variable, you add it yourself from our checklist.
