Services and prices

Fix 290 EUR, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code): correction of one blocking authentication, Supabase row level security or deployment problem on one GitHub repository, delivered as a branch, pull request or zip within 72 hours of receiving access, with one free follow-up within 7 days. Excluded: new payment or billing features (a broken Stripe webhook is covered), new features, platform migration, design work, apps without a repository. Work is capped at 4 hours; if the diagnosis estimates more, we refuse and refund. Prices are fixed and paid in full when ordering through Stripe. If the problem is not resolved within 72 hours of receiving access, the price is refunded in full. The free diagnosis is a written first opinion, with no obligation to order. No subscription.

Delivery

Delivery is written only, by email and on the repository or as a zip, within the delay stated for the package, counted from the moment we have read access to the code. If the work requires access you have not given, the delay is suspended until you give it.

Refund

If we do not deliver what the package describes within the stated delay, you are refunded in full on request. If the problem is outside the scope of the package, we tell you in writing before starting and you choose between a full refund and another package. EU consumers: by ordering, you ask for the service to start immediately; you keep your withdrawal right until work has started, and after that the refund guarantee above applies.

Responsibility

We work on a copy of your code and deliver changes for you to review and merge. You remain responsible for merging, for your production data, backups, keys and for the legal compliance of your app. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost revenue, lost data, downtime).

Confidentiality

Your code is used only to perform the order, never published or reused, and deleted 30 days after delivery. Do not send passwords or secret keys; if you do, rotate them.

Governing law: French law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
